5 Reasons Why It Is Wise to Buy or Invest in Singapore Properties

Land scarcity is a very real problem for Singapore which explains the ever-increasing land costs and property prices which are driven by pent up demand. It is no wonder that the Singapore Government has done and still planning to increase land size via reclamations.

Secondly, Singapore Government has firm policy to increase it populations, projected 6,900,000 population by year 2030, Singapore will hit an approximate of 10,044 residents for each square kilometre.

Thirdly, Singapore Government released new plots of land for redevelopment with reserved land prices base on the latest market transaction prices, meaning land prices released are going higher. More over after redevepment costs i.e. construction costs, Government's fee, legal costs and developers's profit margins, property prices to end users (property buyers) are going to be doubled.

Fourth reason is the fact that cost of redevelopment and constuctions. cost of redevelopment i.e. developer licences, fees, design and professional fees are increasng following infations.

Fifth Reason. With the mentioned, property prices are on generally are on th rising trend. Historically eventhough we put in those negative situation like Financial Crisis, Sars, 911, etc., It only caused property price to be slightly declianed and very soon back to track and keep rising again.
